I thought the staff could have been nicer. It was not a comfortable environment. The lady at the front desk was on the phone when I walked in and proceeded to talk on the phone while I was standing at the desk.
Everybody was very friendly and they talked with you about what was wrong with me and gave me advice on how to cope with my systems.
