The staff was very professional and concerned for the patient. Charity Hohm-Whaley was the provider and she was very caring, compassionate, easy to talk to and related well with the patient and family member. She explained everything in the way that a non medical person could understand. She listened and asked questions. It was a great experience!!!!

Took to long to see me especially since I was the only pt at the time.
The pace wasn’t fast I spend 3 and 1/2 hours in there and was the only person there. They didn’t give me much information on what was wrong. Or tell me how to handle it.

This was not my first visit to FP in Magee. Service was fast, efficient. The office is always clean, personnel helpful and personable as is the nurse practitioner in charge. I will continue to go there for my quick needs and trust I’ll be guided back to my PCM for more chronic problems.
