Great visit. Office worker was very helpful, friendly & patient w/me. Nurse Lindsay was friendly & did an in-depth exam asking & answering questions. NP April smith was very thorough & I didn’t have to answer same questions twice because she had read my chart BEFORE coming in to see me.

It’s nice to see that you are Tech Savvy. The Staff was Nice. I had a Terrible Cough 😷. I was Tested for the Flu and COVID, I tested negative. I also had a Chest Ex-Ray, which determined I had Acute Bronchitis. I think I should have been given a Breathing Treatment.

Service was great once I was seen. April is great! The issue is that you overbook appointments! It was more than an hour after my appt time before I was seen, and your “place in line” counter isn’t accurate. An hr after my appt time I mentioned that I checked in a half hr before my appointment I was 3 in line, and an hour after I was 4 in line. She said I was next??? Then place in line went from 4 to checked in within 5 mins! People want to know where they stand!!
The NP was smart and kind.
