I hesitantly sat in front of this clinic asking myself did I really want to try out this new orthopedic Physicians Assistant, Evan Dyer. I have been in pain now since December with my right hip. I chose to see him and I am extremely glad I did! Heidi, the receptionist/cray technician was the first person I spoke with and met. She was AWESOME! Pleasant and kind. Then the P.A. Dyer walked in. I had to wait in the lobby for 1 1/2-2 hours but they were busy. Once I got back to a room, I was seen & taken care of in a timely manner.

My visit on Sunday was exceptional. NP was anxious to take care of me and my medical problems. Even though, the waiting room was full, she and her staff took their time to make sure my needs were met. Prescriptions were ready at WalMart as soon as I got home. I would recommend this medical staff to any and everyone.

I am a regular patient in Portland TN. so when my mom's Dr sent her here I told mom how wonderful your Portland office is with me. She agreed to go. After a 2 1/2 hour wait I went looking for someone to come see her so she wouldn't walk out. Finally Evan Dyer came in and she fell in love with the care he gave her. Today she will return and follow up with him. He made her wait well worth the time. Thank you so much.

I had a great experience with Urgent Care. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Evan Dyer was very thorough and caring. I would rate Urgent Care from 1 to 10 as being a 10.
