The online appointment app indicated there were no appointments available. I called and the receptionist was very nice and truly concerned I was sick. She didn’t know why the app was saying that. I had an appointment in 20 minutes and only waited 5-10 minutes to be seen. The nurse was very thorough with my symptoms and the NP (Trent) was as well. They didn’t rush the appointment at all and genuinely cared. So, from the initial contact until I left, everyone was wonderful! Thank You!

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a medical facility. As my 1 year old son was actively vomiting in the waiting room while me and my husband were trying to keep him from choking and getting it cleaned up, the receptionist kept asking us for co-pay. Once we finally got back to a room, the physician literally did nothing for him. Told us to go home and monitor. We went straight from Fast Pace to the ER where we found out my son had a 104 temp. Never been so disgusted with a physician’s office and their employees.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. The receptionist will sit at the desk eating her crackers and literally just watch the phone ring. When they ask you for a debit card they DO NOT explain that they will charge that cards weeks to months later without notice. That is poor management and something that needs to be explained to the public. You bill someone first so they know how much it will cost. Just don't go here - Reelfoot Walk-In Clinic is much much better!!!!

Came in for an ear ache in both ears. I also have a uti. Dr was only in there a couple of minutes if that. Just gave me amoxicillin and nothing for this ear ache. I’m in so much pain. My co-pay for there is $100. I’m not a happy patient because of this visit

I was seen on a Wednesday and diagnosed with a concussion and told to follow up Friday. I had been receiving text about the appointment and an hour before my status online said I wasn’t registered. I got to my appointment early and was checked in as a walk in. Over an hour later I was seen, and she was asking questions like my appointment Wednesday didn’t happen. (Like height and timeline) This isn’t the first time I’ve had to wait 2+ hours. If every visit was like Wednesday I would give them 5 stars.
