You have some lazy employees. 2 and a half hour wait and there wasn’t but a few people there to be seen.

Didn’t verify name/DOB resulting in complications with insurance and prescriptions. Customer service was lacking. Nursing care was pleasant and thorough. No real exam by provider. Less than 3min of care after waiting an hr.
On 4/11 Hurt my arm came in to see what I did to it. Got X-ray and was told they didn’t know what was wrong would have to send to the person to read my cray and they would let me know what to do. It’s now 4/12 at 352 pm and still have not heard a word.
I went in for respiratory issues. Tech took my blood pressure and my weight only. No temperature was taken. Once in a room. A male nurse practitioner entered. Stood at the door. No introduction, asked me my systems, stated it should like the respiratory stuff that was going around. He never did a physical assessment- system review of mouth, throat, ears, or lungs. We waited close to 2 hours to be seen, which is not a fast pace.
The visit went well. We arrived 15 minutes prior to closing. We were in and out quickly. However, my daughter needed an antibiotic and the only pharmacy open was in Union City. The provider offered to call the medication in to that pharmacy so we could begin the antibiotic that night. I drove from Martin to Union City only to be told the medication had not been called in as promised. I called back the next morning and learned it had been called in to the CVS in Martin. I was over charged for my co pay1st of all. I left without a diagnosis… they did absolutely nothing for me and I’ll never go back
Was told you guys accepted my sons insurance but when I got there for his appointment I had to put a debit/credit card on file so it could be billed instead of the insurance. My son is sick and I wasted time and gas coming up there!
Was taken care of but was listening to suggestions from us instead of deducting from symptoms, very clean and professional visit
