The lady at the front counter was very rude. She had rather talk on her cell phone than help people at the counter. The nurse was absolutely amazing! She made my experience so much better. The doctor how ever was supposed to do my physical for my job. He came in there and just marked stuff on paper and told me to go home.
We were there for over 3 hours mainly sitting in the waiting room. No one was there to begin with
When I first arrived I was first asked if I had appointment which I answered no, did have ti have one which the response was no but it could be up to 1-2 hours wait time since I didn't! I thought the whole purpose was walk-in clinic when you needed it and not based on appointments nor should you made to feel like an appointment would have been better. I felt like I was punished for not having one.
Came in at 10:30 was asked to come back at 12:30 still had to wait until 1:30 to get back to the room and flu tested and then had to wait until 2:30 to get a 15 minute flu test back
I reserved a spot in line the day before and still had a two hour wait. I understand there are a lot of sick people this time of year. However, during my wait I needed to use the restroom. The bathroom was filthy! There was pink and black mold in the toilet, paper all over the floor, no toilet paper, no paper towels, and the sink was also very dirty. How can a medical clinic have such unsanitary conditions in the bathroom? Absolutely disgusting! This was so Fast Pace in Martin, TN
