I became very Ill during the night and went into the clinic at 8am opening to be treated. I went online to REGISTER for a place in line. 9am was the earliest availability online but they took me straight on in. CDC guidelines were followed. I was treated with caring and empathetic staff members. In and out fast so I could get my meds and get home back to bed. There was a very rude person trying to check in right before I was taken back and the staff handled it professionally.
I brought my teenage daughter in to be seen, who hates going to the doctor. She left feeling her complaints had been heard and given the attention needed. Everyone was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We could not be more satisfied by the care she received from practitioner Melissa Walters! She was so thorough, caring, and understanding.

I love the staff at Fast Pace Health Urgent Care in Maysville, Kentucky. I was able to hold my spot in line by completing the online registration and even though I had to wait longer than anticipated since we are in a pandemic and Kentucky is being hit hard with COVID-19, RSV, common cold, etc. , the staff were all super nice and really listened and cared. I would definitely recommend this urgent care to all my family and friends.
Super friendly super efficient
Tina Kinney was awesome. Instead of treating the test results she treated the patient. She went by her physical assessment and my dgts symptoms. She cares about her clients. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. CDC guidelines were being followed. We were in and out in no time. Would definitely recommend if you can’t wait to see your PCP during the week.
