Assisted by Natalie McCallister & Tina Kinney. Responses was timely and thurow. All questions answer. They wanted us to continue with a CT scan. We could use the Meadowview ER or an ER closer to our home. When we arrived at the UK ER, we discovered that the paperwork did NOT contain the order for the CT scan. Call back to Fast Pace. They stated that they do not send out scan orders. Had to redo complete exam. UK eventually ordered the scan.

Treated with compassion and sincere concern. It didn't matter that I was there for 2 hours to me because the staff were so wonderful and I realized how busy it was and that it takes time for all the tests. I saw Mitch, however, I couldn't see him on the list below.

Registering online was really easy. It is fantastic that you’re open on Sunday when our primary care doctor is unavailable. We were called back shortly after our scheduled appointment. The doctor, nurse, and front desk person were attentive, efficient, and kind.
