I had a bad fall on Tuesday afternoon and went to Face Pace Health Urgent Care in Moss Bluff on Wednesday. The treatment that I received there was the best I’ve ever experienced. Everyone was cheerful but concerned; there was a great sense of professionalism paired with loving care. After performing and evaluating my X-rays, they set up an immediate ct scan for my head at another facility, and then followed through with calls telling me my results of the X-rays, then calling again with the results from my ct scan. Nurse practitioner and the other ladies that helped were extremely nice and helpful throughout my experience. Was nervous going in but that quickly went away after speaking with them. 10/10 experience.
