I sat in the waiting room for 3 hours!! I am sure that if you had the staff needed to serve all of your patients in a timely fashion, it would have been much better. Once I got waited on the staff was very warm, friendly, patient, and efficient. Thank all of you for your expertise. You are appreciated!
