The new patient intake/registration was horrible. Having to use a touch screen at my age and with my disabilities was very off putting. It kinda makes me think your staff doesn’t want to be bothered with the patients coming to you with a problem. Then to be handed a multi page form with the same information didn’t help. Had my wife not been with me, I probably would have walked out. Fortunately the wait time was not excessive and I’m satisfied with the treatment I received. Excellent care. I will be back if I need to go in the future. Provider got right to the point and knew exactly what ear was causing my problem without me having to go into any lengthy detail and treated other conditions that went along with it. Fast, prompt, reliable care. Good to know I have one in my hometown she travels too as well.

Only problem that I had to make an appointment, when I get there I asked if they were busy that day and they said no but I had to wait until 1:00 pm to see NP but service once I got there was very good.
