Staff was good. The wait was aweful. I checked in online 2 hours early. I showed up 15 minutes early. Paid my copay 13 minutes early. Checked my phone and clicked where it said where I was in line. When I did it online 2 hours early I was 8. At the office I was 2. At least 4 went in before I did. Guess the number online didn’t matter. Waited an hour to be taken back to a room. If I could give this review without a star, I would! I actually wish it had a negative zero. The lady at the front desk was extremely rude stating she didn't know how much longer it would be before my elderly mother who also has Parkinson's would be seen by a Dr because they were short handed however she, the lady at the front desk, had just walked from Jack's restaurant next door & my poor sick mother was about to pass out and needed urgent care and the receptionist could care less.
