I was disappointed they were out of medicine for a shot
I would have been better off it I had went to Walmart or the drug store and got over the counter medicine she didn’t seem concerned

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever experienced. I was charged 1500.00 for a visit that should have been 150.00. Drove back to Newton in hoping of correcting this and having my 1500.00 returned to my account only to have another 150.00 added to the 1500.00. So now you have charged me 1650.00 for an 150.00 visit. When I as asked how could I possibly be charged 1500.00 for a 150.00 visit I was told that it was very busy. As of today a little less than 24 hours later my money has not been returned to my bank account.... read more
Was seen quickly
I felt like the experience wasn’t very professional. From the nurse to nurse practitioner.. I feel like my opinion as mother wasn’t considered. My son had a big game to play the next day and when I ask for an antibiotic shot I was basically told as a mother I would not give to my child. I am the mother and I’m there for the physician to help my child get better faster. He had a bad ear infection she told me but he came in with really bad sinus and throat hurting. The receptionist was superior. She was friendly and knew patients by name and made you feel like you were the only patient in the clinic. The nurse was nice also. She listened to what we had to say about our family member. Then there was the NP. She busted through the door like she was escaping a fire or an axe murderer. We had finally got the baby to sleep and the way she busted in room not only woke up the baby but scared the poop out of me and my mother. Her assessment was below par. Chief complaint was a body rash. No thorough assessment was done. Only looked into my child ears then prescribed oral antibiotics and a topical ointment.
Was given a time to arrive and still had to wait over an hour in waiting room. My second time here and floor was dirty both times.
Arrived and checked in around 240 pm had reservations for 3 pm was called back around 320
