I felt like the experience wasn’t very professional. From the nurse to nurse practitioner.. I feel like my opinion as mother wasn’t considered. My son had a big game to play the next day and when I ask for an antibiotic shot I was basically told as a mother I would not give to my child. I am the mother and I’m there for the physician to help my child get better faster. He had a bad ear infection she told me but he came in with really bad sinus and throat hurting. The receptionist was superior. She was friendly and knew patients by name and made you feel like you were the only patient in the clinic. The nurse was nice also. She listened to what we had to say about our family member. Then there was the NP. She busted through the door like she was escaping a fire or an axe murderer. We had finally got the baby to sleep and the way she busted in room not only woke up the baby but scared the poop out of me and my mother. Her assessment was below par. Chief complaint was a body rash. No thorough assessment was done. Only looked into my child ears then prescribed oral antibiotics and a topical ointment.
Was given a time to arrive and still had to wait over an hour in waiting room. My second time here and floor was dirty both times.
Arrived and checked in around 240 pm had reservations for 3 pm was called back around 320
I was really disappointed with the service that I got on my visit. They swabbed my nose with cotton swabs some kind of swabs but didn’t get down like they usually do. I had had chills the night before They didn’t offer a urine test or anything like that. Seems like they just wanted to leave because I was the last patient. Going to be real hard to go back now. Just really dissatisfied with my experience.
Waited 2 hours and paid $130 for y’all to not do ANY test whatsoever and tell me and my husband we have Covid. Next time actually use tests to confirm!! But we won’t be back.
Staff was good. The wait was aweful. I checked in online 2 hours early. I showed up 15 minutes early. Paid my copay 13 minutes early. Checked my phone and clicked where it said where I was in line. When I did it online 2 hours early I was 8. At the office I was 2. At least 4 went in before I did. Guess the number online didn’t matter. Waited an hour to be taken back to a room.
