I was impressed on my first visit. Check in was automated and easy. there wasn't a crowd waiting to be seen, which was a surprise..but it was 9am on a workday. the staff was professional and helpful! I got what I needed, and they accepted my insurance! I'll be back if I need urgent care again. 5 stars

Went there yesterday for help with sinus issues. Selected timeslot online, arrived 15 min early, did hands-free check- in upon entering, and was called back up immediately for processing. I only waited a little bit when I was called back by the friendliest, most professional nurse, who then showed me to the exam room and gathered all my information and did testing. You can do all of your sign in before you even arrive on your phone, they get you in fast, everyone is pleasant and considerate, and they have on-site x-rays and orthopedic specialists. Highly recommended.
