Easy check-in process. The MA who obtained my complaints, vitals and swabs was very professional. The provider, not sure if MD or NP or PA as they did not introduce themselves was less than mediocre. Listened to two lower lobes, and looked in my ears. Never visually inspected my throat (my complaint) and sent me on my way. Return call was positive for a specific virus as instructed “follow the health plan previously discussed” I ensured I had no health plan and was told they were not in the room so they were not sure.

The MA and PA were phenomenal. The PA took his time to really listen to us and examine our son and make sure that we knew all of the risks and benefits of him taking steroids for treatment. The front desk personnel unnecessarily charged us for a Covid test, which was not needed because he already tested positive and we were seeking treatment for complications due to Covid, forgot to run the charge for it at first and so ran my card a secondary time for $35 and then was unable to refund it day of. I came to the clinic for one reason: to be drug tested for a new job. I felt like the forms I had to fill out required way too much information or why I was there. Emergency contact, pharmacy preference, personal physician, etc. was way too much info needed just to come in for a drug screen. My future employer instructed me to go to Fast Pace for a drug screen and it was not my intention to become a new patient there, so it was frustrating to fill out all the mandatory information that wasn't really needed.
