The lady at the front desk was not friendly when I greeted her and told her why I was there. If she doesn’t like interacting with people then she probably doesn’t need to be in that job position.

I rarely go to any Healthcare facility for help. So when I do go, I am sincerely ill or in pain. I put the needs of my family before my own. I came for help. I have not improved since the visit. I will not be returning or recommending.
The wait time was way too long especially since I took the time to register online. I arrived 10 minutes prior to my appointment which was 2:08 pm, sat in the lobby over 30-40 minutes , sat in the treatment room for approximately 30 minutes more before anyone came in other than the nurse who brought me back. There was no one available to X-ray my foot to see what was going on. They wrapped it, which did help and suggested Ibuprofen. I left at 3:44 pm 🫤
Extremely long wait before you even see a provider. Very unprofessional in my experience that you come to a place to get help and it’s an hour and half wait before you can actually see someone.
Everyone was nice, but I paid $50 to just be told I needed to go to the ER instead.
The provider on staff lacked communication that day. There was confusion with my visit and what the treatment planned needed to be. .
It was terrible the way they talk to the patient is just flat out rude as fuck! I usually get to do my own strep throat test as I panic really bad from pass trauma and they have no sympathy for their patients. The nurses were plan up, rude with their unnecessary comments as well!!! One even said if I don't get my medicine that's my own fault!
The pharmacy didn’t have the medicine prescribed. Called the providers office and let them know to change the dosage for my child. Nothing was ever done. My child was seen on Friday and it’s Sunday and he is still without medicine!
Please get your coding corrected for billing insurance companies. I named you as my primary care with Cynthia Steven’s . If this is not corrected I will have no other options but to seek my PCP somewhere else. You continue to code as an urgent care to my insurance.
