Rude older male nurse, horrific wait times. Preregistered and checked in online, still waited over a hour to get to an exam room and then another hour to see the doctor. Never going back. Stay away unless desperate.

Could tell me what was wrong. Sent me to the ER. Had an outer ear infection. Antibiotics was prescribed..
We scheduled an appointment at 2 and got there at 2 and we waited for an hour in the waiting room. At 3 we got tested for strep it took them another hour just to give results back. It came back negative 2 hours of nothing and they didn’t even have a manger.

The lady at the front desk was not friendly when I greeted her and told her why I was there. If she doesn’t like interacting with people then she probably doesn’t need to be in that job position.
