This was my first time visiting, and also will be my last! Not only did we wait for 2 hours, before even going back, the employees were snobby and rude very uncomforting. What put the icing on the cake for me was the fact that our pharmacy didn’t receive the prescription untill I had to call today to tell them it never got sent the day prior. Once I called the doctor to tell them they forgot to send it over, she told me they did, magically 10 mins later, our pharmacy got the script. So my son could have already been starting... read more
Been here before and had no problem but this time i was not as pleased. I made an appointment in advice. Waited over 30 mins waiting to be called back. Then waited another 20-30 mins to talk to the doctor. I took my lunch break thinking I could be seen within the hour of lunch but I was there for an hour and 30 minutes.
Staff was great and friendly. Had an appointment at 3:30 and did not get seen until 5 though.
