The PA was very dismissive. Asked if I wanted some antibiotics that I didn’t need in her opinion. What? If I don’t need them you should not be willing to give them to me. A student PA was also present. The first thing she needed to teach him was how to dress and groom himself in a professional manner. Very unkempt appearance. Don’t recommend.

Front desk girl acted like she didn’t want to help with anything. Lpn and NP were awesome !
Felt like it was very slow. Dr. did not examine me at all. We did get a Covid, flu, and strip test. Told him I had ear ache did not even look at them. Told me that he was giving me amoxicillin he would send it to the pharmacy. Waited and waited finally had to call them. They had not sent in.
Very unprofessional registration people who don’t talk to you while they have called u up to the counter for information. Very rushed without allowing the patient to actually have all their concerns meet with. Very little medical knowledge was presented to me about my concerns with my respiratory issues. My patient summary had very little information about why I came in. It had more information about their concerns and what they wanted to test for instead of what I asked for.
