Very unprofessional registration people who don’t talk to you while they have called u up to the counter for information. Very rushed without allowing the patient to actually have all their concerns meet with. Very little medical knowledge was presented to me about my concerns with my respiratory issues. My patient summary had very little information about why I came in. It had more information about their concerns and what they wanted to test for instead of what I asked for.

Charged even though my insurance paid everything! Front desk not professional n the Dr did not care about all my needs n punctured ear drum . I had go er! My insurance is getting them for insurance fraud

made an appointment and was there on time and waited abour 15 min before i was called back. also sat in the back for about 40 min before i was looked at- and he didn’t even check me out jusy said he would put in an x ray

The two females at the front desk were pleasant and professional. The PA that send me was not.

Well for starters, i came in with a red and swollen throat, and the only thing that was done was strep test (which came back negative), but yet, i was never given any medication for it, nor was any other questions asked other than COVID questions, and i’ll be going to an actual doctor today to test for pneumonia because your doctors didn’t look enough into what was wrong with their patient.
