Your registration / check-in process is horrible. It places an undue burden on your patients, especially when there's a real or perceived need for quick assistance. You should give most of the responsibility back to your front desk as I've always experienced in the past. It appears to be a cost cutting measure that gives a very poor first impression. The nurse that took my vitals was good. The doctor / PA that treated me was outstanding. Hence the reason I gave a five star rating.
