I couldn’t be more impressed with this urgent care. The nurse practitioner Olivia was outstanding she listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and made us truly cared for. The staff was welcoming, helpful, and incredibly quick while still being thorough. From check-in to discharge, the experience was smooth and stress free. Absolutely deserve five stars!
Caring staff, fast service
Nursing Assistant/medical tech was fine, nice and personable. Went through my medications with me. Nurse practitioner however was only in my room for maybe 2 minutes at the most. I didn't catch her name. She listened to my lung based on both sides, not all 6 positions on my back, nor my side. My heart for about 3 seconds. No physical exam whatsoever. The woman at the front desk was exceptionally rude . She insisted you all did not do pre-employment urine drug screens ,which I corrected her that you did and it took an extended period of time after to get registered and this completed. During the drug screening the nurse put urine into the specimen cup out of my eye sight and sealed it while I was directed to go wash my hands.
