RecommendedHad a spot saved in line at 1:50 3 people ahead of us we set a hour while after 45 minutes 1 person walks out from back then they finally called one back then the other you could clearly see and hear all the staff chatting as if no one was in the building we left and came to Henderson fast pace which is fast we been here less than 10 minutes already in a room Selmer fast pace needs to shut there doors the lady working the front desk has a rude attitude also!
Yesterday my little girl was running a high fever and was sick well i myself had just gotten out of hospital with pneumonia so i had a friend to meet me at fast pace in selmer so she could carry her in for me.they refused her wouldnt see her cause i couldnt come in i explained to her im in the parking lot i cant come in i just got out of hospital.this lady was rude i gave you and her my permission to see my child.what the hell they should fire every one yall.thats why people dont support local yall suck at your job.
Need to close the doors. Wait over 2 hours to have my toddler treated for an ear infection just to have NP look in ears with the light on the otoscope not even on… realized after checking second ear. Looked into second ear again and did not recheck the first one (the one he’s been tugging at). I was then told his ears were perfectly fine and a swab could be done to check for different viral infections but results wouldn’t be in until Tuesday. I got a charge of $250 for an office visit to get a COVID test. Must be the Fancy Place Urgent Care. I get it, gotta pay for that building.

Incompetence + incredible price gouging and code errors. Refusal to communicate. Went in for animal bite and NP Clinic Director gave me a tetanus shot and antibiotic Rx - a prescription for the ONLY medicine I’d documented an allergy to on their New Patient intake form. They charged MediCare $828. for my visit: $677. “New Patient” office visit $ 93. Tetanus medicine $. 68.
