Waited for an hour and 15 minutes to be called back. Everyone that was there when I arrived had been called back, including everyone that came in after me. Lady at the desk said I was next in line. Of course I was next in line....I was the only one left in the waiting room. To top it off, the "provider" was rude because I couldn't remember a recent antibiotic I had taken. Really?? I will say the nurse assistant was very nice. I said before I would not return to this facility but gave them a second chance. Never again.
Won't ever go back, my 6 year old was just misdiagnosed for the 2nd time with something that could have killed her. Last year was pneumonia that ended up her being hospitalized for 3 days after fast pace said it was nothing. I've taken her to fast pace twice this month, yesterday, as a matter of fact and they didn't test for anything! We were told it was the weather and to wait it out, just got done at her pediatrician and she has strep. I'm seriously considering formal complaints, we waited in that office 2 And a half hours... read more
They are very slow I waited a hour and still waited in the prep room for another hour
Waiting time is getting terrible, needs to be improved. When there is only 3 patients in the building and it takes over 2 hours, that is not acceptable. No excuse for that.
