I took my 6 yr old and had a great FAST experience. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great exam and in and out quickly.
Deceptive billing practices with insurance. They will charge your credit card without authorization.

The ppl there are RUDE I don’t know why they picked this career when ppl seem to annoy them. I will NEVER go back to this place I’ll go to another county fast pace.
The most Unprofessional People I've ever seen in my 50 years . I was talked to and yelled at like I was nothing. I've never been profiled and judged so much in my life . I've told all my friends and family and will continue to tell every one about my Experience at the location in Shelbyville.
Staff was friendly, but that is where the good ends. Small details in cleanliness are missed. Yep those otoscope pieces they stick in your mouth and nose are in filthy crusty glass bowls on the counter, rips in exam tables. (These are things Medicare & Joint Commission would shut entire companies down, not just single locations.) So Lord only knows what you are leaving with. They quit taking patients sometimes hrs before closing. Can't get anyone to answer phone waisted my time when I could have went elsewhere 😡
