I've been here myself with a severe sinus infection. they said it was viral.. had to go to my PCP. I thought it was a fluke. took my son monday, severe sinus junk, strep.. the doc didnt sab him, didnt look at him at all , just said.. virus.. we went to another place 5 days later , hes even sicker... sinus infection ( what I thought) AND strep. terrible service! We were the second at the door and 1hour and 45 minutes later we are still waiting. It should've been called wait half your day away care. We haven't even been taken to a room yet.

today I walked into your clinic in Shelbyville with shortness of breath. I work as a vet tech. I knew my oxygen saturation already when i left work was 97% =non-emergent. I was greeted (after i said i have shortness of breath) with a laugh and "wanna go to the er?" And then very rudely told that this was not the place that i needed to be. I walked out, then called and asked to speak to a manager or a doctor on staff. She was even more rude and sarcastic and i was told "um, thats not how this works." I called Fast Pace shortly before closing one day to see how long they took patients prior to close. They told me if I got there before they locked the doors they would see me. I got in before this and they still refused to see me. What is the point of being open until a certain time if you don't actually see patients? Fortunately, Tennova Urgent Care takes patients until they close and they were wonderful and treated me like family and got me taken care of. Do not go here. Waited an hour to go back, 30 mins in the room for the doctor to come in and spend not even 10 mins with me to tell me that she doesn’t know what’s wrong with me. I went into the clinic because I didn’t know what was wrong, not because i wanted to hear a doctor say that she didn’t know. So she prescribed multiple things and told me to try them.
