We have used the Soddy Daisy Fast Pace Clinic several times and have had great experiences every time. I came in with a sinus infection but wanted to be sure I did not have COVID, flu and the NP recommended checking for strep also. She was thorough and professional and took care of me in a timely manner. Fortunately the tests were all negative and she suspected a viral infection. Very long wait and when I was seen I explained to the doctor I had maxed my daily use of an albuterol inhaler and still unable to catch my breath and was wheezing terribly. Explained to the doctor I have asthma but do not use an inhaler on a regular basis and she seemed to not believe me then when checking my breathing said I don’t have asthma and it sounded like I was snoring. I’ve been there twice within a week. Nothing you have give me has helped . I still sick maybe worst. There would not give a a steroid shot and that’s about all that will help me get over this crud.

Dr not experienced. Didn’t even have knowledge of a stretching of the throat .no X-ray of chest Needs to go back to school. Don’t recommend to anyone

Everyone except Mallory was very kind and helpful!!! Mallory needs a huge attitude adjustment. I har been to my drs nurse practitioner two days prior and she was no help She did no labs and said it was viral. I will no longer be seeing her. Second time she has misdiagnosed. Mallory asked me to step on the scale I indicated I don’t weigh She then crossed her arms and demanded I weigh. Came there to get ears flushed out of suctioned out & the young girl flushed them , she stuck the 1 inch plastic tip up in my ear instead of just at the canal opening & she hit my ear drum or something as it felt like she stabbed me with a sharp point causing me I be in unbearable pain , for 5 minutes on the table , didn't get all of the wax & my ear hurt when I left & up until 10 & I had to take a 800 mg of Ibuprohen . Slipped and fell on icy steps went to get xray on my wrist and after filling out the form the receptionist says we don't do x-rays here at this facility, We can send you to Red Bank. I said you don't do x-rays here? She said we don't have an x-ray Tech at this facility. Ridiculous! Don't advertise that you do x-rays on your website when your facility doesn't have a Tech to do so.

The front desk always has someone new. And this time the lady was anything but helpful, she was on her phone the entire time. Didn’t update me about what was going on with a charge in my account. Just really unprofessional. Bc ont be back to this location ever again
