Came there to get ears flushed out of suctioned out & the young girl flushed them , she stuck the 1 inch plastic tip up in my ear instead of just at the canal opening & she hit my ear drum or something as it felt like she stabbed me with a sharp point causing me I be in unbearable pain , for 5 minutes on the table , didn't get all of the wax & my ear hurt when I left & up until 10 & I had to take a 800 mg of Ibuprohen . Slipped and fell on icy steps went to get xray on my wrist and after filling out the form the receptionist says we don't do x-rays here at this facility, We can send you to Red Bank. I said you don't do x-rays here? She said we don't have an x-ray Tech at this facility. Ridiculous! Don't advertise that you do x-rays on your website when your facility doesn't have a Tech to do so.

Had to wait 2hrs
The front desk always has someone new. And this time the lady was anything but helpful, she was on her phone the entire time. Didn’t update me about what was going on with a charge in my account. Just really unprofessional. Bc ont be back to this location ever again
We don’t understand your software - we gain a time of arrival, copy insurance cards, select a pharmacy, etc. then have to resupply all that info upon arrival. The time selected was no where close to when we were seen, plus the computer dropped our name! The nurse didn’t care, but told secretary to add us back on for later! Had to wait over 45 mins for CXR results. After being here for 2 hrs and 45 mins, we were then told to go to ER. Very discouraging.
This location is top notch! The girls that greet you as you walk in answer the phone and the nurses that take your blood pressure and all. The doctor name Sonia is the best don’t let her get away. Takes the time to talk and answer any questions you may have. The best place ever. Thank you all for great customer service.
Waited 2 hours for a UDS. 3 patients checked in the entire time. Extremely slow just walking around talking and on their phones. For 2 solid hours. One girl was waiting for another girl to do it and when she finally said she would try to do it later then the girl that had been just sitting there the entire time finally got up and done it. Chatted my head off in the back. By that time I was irritated and ready to go and had no desire to chit chat with her.
