First the front desk/receptionist was very nice. When we went to room, the lady that took my vitals was pleasant and made me at ease, even spoke to my husband that was in the room(that says volumes for her). Then the doctor come in same, super nice she even returned (doctor) and gave me my injection because she said they were slammed out there and she didn’t want us to wait.

With being so sick, the wait to get seen seemed like forever but overall, the staff is very kind. Dr. James is one of the best doctors! Y’all could be better with answering the phone. Couldn’t get prescription that Dr. James gave me due to my Medicaid not covering it so I called several times and couldn’t get through to y’all.
