The office itself was 5 star service! We were greeted by a male nurse who's name I regret not getting because I would love him to know exactly how much his kindness meant to my daughter. She's 21 and terrified of going to the doctor but as we walked in and sat down he asked her symptoms. She told him what was going on and her fears and he asked if we minded if he prayed for her!! I had to return to cal urgent care , for an infection I've been fighting. I loved Dr Schneeder, he actually listened to my concerns, doctors really need to listen to their patients, he was very caring . Thank you Dr Schneeder
I'm not a walk-in clinic fan but wasn't wanting an ER visit and my doctor couldn't get me in fast enough. Yesterday I came in at noon, and was out by 1pm. Staff was exceptional! If I have an emergency I'll be coming here.
I was in and out within a hour after that got my meds thanks
