My time in the waiting room was less than 5 minutes. Seen the doctor within 10 minutes. I was taken care of and was out the door in no time.

We will continue to use Carlyss Fast Pace but one concern I have is the floors were filthy. We were there early so it couldn’t have been from that day. When we got to the back the floors in our room had numerous stains that lead me to believe it’s been awhile since floors have been cleaned. Staph infections is a big concern of mine so I’m wondering how often everything else is cleaned. The visit was okay but didn't get prescriptions called in until late afternoon... appointment was at 8:30 in am... by the time the pharmacy filled my meds my fever had spiked 3 or 4 times... I call y'all in afternoon and had to remind you to call in scripts
