Service was great was not happy i waited almost 4 hours to see the doctor

Provider was late and we all had to wait. This is the second or third time in a row that we were there for over an hour and a half while being the first thru third person there.

People were friendly. Friendly does not do anything for you when you feel like crap. I have had this health problem numerous times. Although haven’t had it since 2018. I told the nurse practitioner what I needed. She listened like she was listening to the wind. Blew in one ear and out the other. I am not a sick person. Most of the time I can tell them what’s wrong. The nurse wasn’t the nicest. Very short with words and lacked compassion. The dr was awesome as well as the front desk lady.
I was there from 5 to almost 7:30 on 10-08. The service was horrible, they took forever, but the people there seem to be really nice. They need to do better on their time.

Nurse practitioner seemed to be annoyed like it wasn’t a big deal and was only in room about 30 seconds
The visit was okay but didn't get prescriptions called in until late afternoon... appointment was at 8:30 in am... by the time the pharmacy filled my meds my fever had spiked 3 or 4 times... I call y'all in afternoon and had to remind you to call in scripts
