All the staff were extremely helpful and nice. Ashley Smith-Schenk, NP was incredibly caring and nice towards my son and explained everything very well to him. He knew exactly what to do when we got home. She even got him to wash his hands more at home because she was so nice in the way she explained why it was important. The waiting time was less than 10 minutes, and I was seen, diagnosed, and finished within 20 minutes. Granted, it was a quiet Sunday afternoon with only one other patient present, but the staff was exceptionally courteous, professional, and attentive to my well-being. I highly recommend this facility for their efficiency, capability, and genuine concern for patients.
