Receptionist was very helpful. Nurse that took Me back to a room did a Covid and flu test. She did take my blood pressure and heart Rate but failed to take my temperature. The nurse practitioner was useless. She gave me the impression that my problem was my sinuses. She ordered a nasal spray and a cough medicine that no one that heard of. l continued to get worst. I made an appointment with my Primary Care Doctor she ordered a chest xray, administered a steroid shot and prescribed an antibiotic. Hope to get better soon. But ... read more
Horrible , horrible , horrible pain from shingles all over my body and was told to take ibuprofen for pain When you ask for something non -narcotic they act like you are asking fir a c-2 Irresponsible and heartless patient care Will never be Back or bring anyone I know there again
Worse visit I ever experienced. It was as if the NP wanted to an argue with me. Told her of the previous mediations that worked well for me and she didn’t want to put me back on them. She finally broke down and put me back on them but only for a limited time. Was only asking for enough until I could get back into my doctors office. It was for antibiotics. I was trying to get antibiotics to head off a horrible infection. She treated me as if I was asking for opioids. Horrible visit!!!
The LPN was friendly and helpful, the provider however, was rude and unprofessional. My child had severe cold symptoms, the provider (NP) didn’t bother to listen to her lung sounds, 24 hours later my child has rubs in her lung sounds which is an indication of pneumonia missed by your provider who was too lazy to bother to listen to her chest.
Website said had X-ray capacity. Wasted two hours of my time to be told the person who performed X-ray was “not in” that day. X-ray was only thing that could diagnose my condition. Very dissatisfied.
I went in at 8:30 told the lady my issues and that I needed a primary Physician she said they can help . I had to go to work she made me an appointment for 5:00 and sent the paperwork.. I filled it out went back at 5:00 .. the other girl took my money and 20 minutes later said we can’t help you.. I still don’t have my money .. the First Lady said I could do blood work the next day ?? I guess they pick and choose who they help .. the girl was so unfriendly!! I will be fighting them for my money!!
The check in process literally is give credit card , name , address and phone . Zero medicine history or medical interest . Therefor medication given is dangerous if it isn’t appropriate to current medications . Such as reactions between medicines . And no interest in addressing that concern in office . It’s basically in out with no blood work or confirmation of true illness . Only real benefit I gained was a chest X-ray that confirmed no Bronchitis or pneumonia issues. I already took 3 covid test prior to going over my 11 d... read more
I went into this Clinic for severe Kidney pain and a pretty significant fever.... I had worked in the Medical Field as a nurse for over 20 years until COVID19. I have not worked in that field since December 6 2021. I do know my rights as a patient and how often medication can be given.. For instance Dexamethasone. It can be give every 4 to 6 hours for up to 7 days in severe cases. I needed it for some severe inflammation I was told I can have it because I had it 30 days prior in the ER for another issue. That is incorrect. ... read more
I felt like the doctor or PA should have listened to my chest since I was there for cold/flu like symptoms. I was tested for Covid, flu and strep but she failed to even listen to my heart and lungs until I mentioned it.
