My provider stood across the room and told me, a 62 year old mother of 3, to drink chicken broth and have Gatorade, and to not eat spicy or greasy food when nauseated. She didn't listen to my lungs. She didn't check to see how dehydrated I am. Should I repeat she didn't check my breathing. My complaint was being dehydrated, exhausted and unable stay upright for very long. Seems like that would call for some sort of physical exam. I asked about getting an IV to rehydrate and I received a blank stare in return, followed by... read more

Had an appointment for a routine drug screen and waited over an hour before being brought back. Why even have an appointment if you’re not at least going to try and adhere to them. Again this was not for evaluation or treatment it was a company ordered random drug test!

Nurse practitioner is incompetent and doesn’t know what she is doing. She did not help at all wasted our time and our money! Zyrtec is for allergies not a cough. Even the pharmacist was surprised that’s all she would give a child with a cough as bad as my daughters! She said she didn’t write her a prescription for cough medicine because we had Medicaid….we don’t have Medicaid to begin with! Then said she would not give her anything for the cough just use over the counter medicine that does not help! She should be looked int... read more

I called my ind a got a lady on the phone…I gave the lady at the desk the phone to talk to my ins lady….all it was-was I needed to go home and get my Medicare card and they would treat me….but the lady at the desk did not tell me that. All she said was they could not treat me because they don’t take my insurance. L... read more
I didn’t like my “in line” and or my “check in” experience, a lot of unnecessary steps of information not needed. Especially when a person is weak and sick to begin with. A normal receptionist’s responsibility’s would have been the better option, especially when they have to photo copy your drivers license and insurance card to begin with. I don’t know, or remember whom I was assisted from, but the location was the “Waveland, Ms.” office of “Urgent Care”.
Receptionist was very helpful. Nurse that took Me back to a room did a Covid and flu test. She did take my blood pressure and heart Rate but failed to take my temperature. The nurse practitioner was useless. She gave me the impression that my problem was my sinuses. She ordered a nasal spray and a cough medicine that no one that heard of. l continued to get worst. I made an appointment with my Primary Care Doctor she ordered a chest xray, administered a steroid shot and prescribed an antibiotic. Hope to get better soon. But ... read more
