I went to 3 other clinics, including one owned by the hospital I work at, before going to Fast Pace. Two didn’t have providers in until lunch. The hospital clinic was turning patients away at 9 am. Loved the sign in process. The receptionist was extremely sweet and helpful. I’d never been to this clinic. She walked me through registration. The nurse was really nice and understanding. The service was exceptional—from the front desk receptionist to the nurse and to nurse practitioner Kamario Granger. (I wish I got all of their names). They were friendly and professional. They took very good care of me. I didn’t feel rushed. They were thorough. They asked questions and listened to my responses and provided me with feedback. Cody was so thorough with my child. He always does a great job. The receptionist was very polite and nice and she’s always so knowledgeable. The nurse was very patient and we thank her for a great job as well .
