I liked preregistration on line. The staff was very courteous and knowledgeable. I’ll be visiting again when I’m sick. I like being able to see a doctor on my schedule. Sometimes it takes too long to see my primary care physician.

The nurse was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner was wonderful. She listened and offered treatment according to my needs and request. Thanks great team.

Staff seemed incompetent of the drug screen. Staff was worried more about eating their food than getting me checked in.. i was only patient in waiting room. Took 20-25 mins to get me checked in

I arrived with pain in lower legs, knees, and back. They don’t accept tricare so i paid out of pocket. When the provider arrived, i informed her that i was experiencing pain in said areas and that i needed some sort of documentation or letter for the military stating my condition and/or limitations due to what i was experiencing since the military has specific physical requirements. The registering was great. Nurse was great. Nurse practitioner has very little people skills. He honestly looked like he could care less that we were even there. I had to ask about the test run he didn’t inform me of the results. He really seemed like we were an inconvenience. I am pretty sure my son has strep but he didn’t even seem concerned with testing him for that nor did he look in his mouth. Luckily he was out in an antibiotic for his ear so at least if it is strep we should be good. Need a new weekend doc. The one w... read more
The wait time was longer than anticipated. The provider did not have a patient ahead of me and I still waited. The wait was extreme and his attitude was unwelcoming and dry. He repeated himself several times. His bedside manner was standoffish and arrogant. It was a disappointing experience. I give Kamario Granger zero stars. Highly do not recommend.
Everyone was super friendly and very helpful. My only problem was that the lady at the front desk accidentally charged my account twice of the amount $150. One time was voided but the money hasn’t been put into my account yet. Times is hard and I’m a single mom. I understand accidents happen though but…
