No wait time, professional staff, doctor was informative and answered all my questions. They got me on my way quickly. Would recommend.

I was experiencing a severe outbreak of poison ivy. Came to Fast Pace Health. Fortunately they were not busy at the time. Filled out some paperwork and then was examined and treated in a timely manner. Was in and out in less than an hour.

My wait time was a bit long, but expected for a walk in appointment. The staff were friendly and professional. My only complaint was going first to the clinic in Paris KY, they advertise x-ray, but have no Radiology Tech in house. In Winchester the Radiology Tech was doing double duty as a med tech and Radiology tech, which made sense. I will still use Fast Pace for my urgent needs in the future, but I will call first to see if a Radiology Tech is available.

I was a walk in and waiting time was very short. Staff were very kind, efficient and very helpful. Follow up appointment went smoothly. I was very satisfied and highly recommend.

I was glad to get a z pack the first time I usually have to come back after I’ve gotten worse to get one instead of getting g it in the first place. So that’s was nice.

Megan is absolutely phenomenal. The back staff were all friendly. My only comment is your front desk person is less than personable to the patients every time I’ve been there.
