It was a great visit! I just lost my orthopedic doctor recently bc they couldn’t take my new insurance and had a TKR in the past year and was experiencing some minor discomfort and was past due on my shot for my other knee so naturally I was very stressed out not knowing what to do or who could help,and even though I’ll still need an ortho that can do surgery for the future,the provider here has been very helpful by letting me know she can do everything I need to keep me healthy and comfortable until that time comes!! Because I had a knee injury which made walking difficult, the receptionist was very compassionate and went out of her way to keep me from having to walk very far. The radiologist was very compassionate, as well. The dr and her assistant was very punctual and professional. But they spoke so I could understand and patiently walked me through the procedure. Thanks so much!
