The lady at the front desk was so rude..First thing she ask was did I check in.We can not even talk to you before that..I also told her that I had two insurances and she said that all she needed was my primary card...Then without taking breath she asked for my credit card.. I told her that she would take my second insurance information before she got a credit card.She did take the other insurance card and she said she put the information in the system..
