The lady at the front desk was so rude..First thing she ask was did I check in.We can not even talk to you before that..I also told her that I had two insurances and she said that all she needed was my primary card...Then without taking breath she asked for my credit card.. I told her that she would take my second insurance information before she got a credit card.She did take the other insurance card and she said she put the information in the system.. Wasn’t given adequate amount of pain meds for the pain I’m experiencing. Can’t eat sleep or move hardly. Having to go back to ER today because I was basically told that’s my only option and this kind of pain is normal. Why give me prednisone that messes with my appetite and mood for no reason if it’s normal for no improvement?
I rather not! Just needed a shot in my arm for pain? Got to get it check out in depth? Wasn’t happy!
