My boyfriend got a loan here and there was a misunderstanding about the date it was to be payed back. They use a system that should be able to tell the correct date but somehow it did not, we quickly explained to them he doesn't get payed until next week. Morgan became rude after that. When he called after paying the loan (because he received no confirmation email) the person on the phone had a nasty attitude as if it was unnecessary to call and let them know that he paid.
