I had a wonderful experience at this location (150 Francam, Ramsey St) because of Gene, the MA on staff. I came into the location for a pre-employment drug screening and he had me in and out in no time. He explained the process thoroughly, ensured I was comfortable and made the overall process extremely easy on me! It's not every day you experience this at an urgent care facility and I'm extremely grateful and it did not go unnoticed! His kindness went a long way and meant alot to me!

Went in for a Blood Lead Test and told the lady I was prone to passing out and getting super dizzy and lightheaded.. the sweet lady was so nice and talked to me the whole time and got it done in about 30 seconds!! Super friendly and professional!! Definitely coming back for all my blood work if she's working here!! Huge Thanks for making that a super simple process for me!!

Dr Michael Waston was amazing! Took his time with a 4 year old! He didn't make you feel rushed to get out of the office he showed he cared also made sure the child was taken care of! Awesome visit!

I went in to be seen yesterday for what I thought was a weeklong migraine. I was able to sign in online first thing in the morning, and the wait time when I got to the office was very reasonable considering the volume of patients they see. From the moment I arrived the staff were kind and considerate. The woman who checked me in at the front desk was pleasant and the process was fast. I was seen at FastMed on Ramsey Street today to get both of my ears flushed because I could not hear out of either ear. From the person at the front desk to Bianca and Richard who flushed my ears, I could not ask for better service. All staff were very kind. I will definitely use this FastMed location again. Thank you to everyone at FastMed for great service!

This would have been a five star review but the wait time after making an appointment the day before was excessive. The staff was very nice, diagnosed issues quickly once in the examining room and released quickly with a remedy. I have to believe the wait time is driven by the need in the local community for medical care. A relative made an appointment this morning on line for a FastMed Raleigh location , was seen quickly and released. All while I waited to be seen by a PA after securing an appointment the day before.

People give bad reviews due to time spent here but there are a couple things that factor in here. They allow people to "check in" for appointment times as well as make appointments for family medicine it would appear. This causes walk ins to get pushed back when appointments come in. The problem is, same day check ins have not been available in months. If you need a great urgent care to go to where the team is here for you. Go to Fastmed. I moved here and hurt my back,neck and shoulder! I couldn't turn my head at all. Dr. Boden was not only welcoming , attentive and friendly but I felt heard. She goes above and beyond for her patients and I can't thank her enough. Nurse Myra is so sweet ,funny and comforting as well. I appreciate these ladies more than anything.
