my husband and i went there to take up with a new dr and the pa muryel came in after sometime waiting and saw the med issues i had and told us she doesnt want to be our dr .would only call us 30 day supply of medicine. told us my problems were to complex for her. we were shocked by what she said. just turned us away and we were both having problems with our lungs cause of copd and asthma and she gave him a shot and refused to give me one saying it wasnt as bad as his. i was very upset about the way we were treated. ... read more
Was advised over the phone they accept Blue Cross and only charge the primary care copay. Once I arrived I was told that between setting my appointment a few hours earlier and the time I walked in they changed their policy for Blue Cross. The receptionist was apologetic and agreed that she said that over the phone however nothing could be done.
