I've been here 3 times and each time was Fast and Easy. The paperwork is completed on an iPad which is very convenient. The front desk was very polite and helpful. Once we were seen the Nurses and Doctors were great at handling the care of my children. Once they were diagnosed, our medication was called in to our pharmacy. FAST...SIMPLE...EASY! Thank you FastMed!!!!
I give it 5 stars because of the Family practice side of the house. Mr. Wolinski is awesome. He is caring and really listens to what is going on with you. If your a diabetic I would highly recommend him. They take Tricare.
Fast, attentive and very professional. When you are sick or feeling under the weather the last thing you want to deal with is a long unnecessary waiting time or a medical professional with a bad personality - you will experience NONE OF THESE AT THIS LOCATION.

Everyone was very helpful and nice. The wait was a little long but that seems to be the case for any doctors office. Great service all around! I got taken care of very fast once I was seen. I would def recommend them to anyone!!!

No one wants to get a urine test for work! However, if you need to, then this is the place to go. It was quick and easy and no wait. Plus I really liked the front desk receptionist. She chatted with me and kinda calmed my nerves about the test. I have no complaints!

Excellent service from the reception desk to the nurses and doctors in the back. If I needed a refill to a prescription or a disabled parking placard for my mom the staff at Fastmed on Ramsey was on top of it. The BEST in Fayetteville.

I would likely have rated this urgent care location at 4 or 5 star, had we actually been able to receive care here. The facility was new, clean, professional, great location, and friendly. I called in advance to inquire about services, and the services offered seem up to speed. If you are military, they won't give you care unless you give them the Sponsor's social security number though. We were refused medical care because we were unwilling to provide the SSN. For some unknown reason, I busted my ass in the middle of the night. Seriously, I was completely sober and don't even have a good story to go w/ it. I just fell over and badly twisted my ankle. Of course, I walked around on it multiple days, waited for my entire leg to blow up and turn different colors. I was in pain walking, sitting, trying to sleep...you name it, I was in PAIN.
