RecommendedI had a bout of gout and I called my Dr., who happened to have an opening at 3pm the same day. I waited for ONE HOUR and no one apologized for the delay. I left and went to FastMed, and within 15 minutes I was seen and taken care. Everyone was friendly and efficient . Thanks for being there when I needed it the most.
After reading these post I wonder if they went to The same place I did. The receptionist even joked with me about the places I should have signed. I walked in with the statement I FEEL LIKE CRAP. Sorta hard to diagnose that but the staff was right on. Thanks Fast Med for the outstanding service I received
My doctor couldn't see me and my daughter and I were sick. We had to wait z but but there were lots of sick people there. Once we got into the exam room wasn't too long and we were off to get our meds and back home to get better.
I was treated in a timely manner and the staff was very professional. My experience was a good one and I'd recommend them if you need immediate care.
This place is a joke. $144 dollars to give me a cough suppressant, when there is obviously other issues. Cough suppressant isn’t doing anything. It took them 10 minutes if that to check my BP(through my sweater) oxygen levels(which took 3 times) and all I got was “your vitals are good, lungs sound good.” Meanwhile I have this cough that is screaming pain through my body. 10/10 don’t recommend.
We took our 14 year old daughter there due to an ear infection/fever/headache. The office was very crowded and the staff were definitely overwhelmed. My daughter was eventually seen and was found to have an infection so suffer her ear was swollen shut. The MD prescribed ear drops and we left to pick up the drops at the pharmacy. 😡 Front staff does not know even basic medical terms. Asked whether they prescribe antivirals for Covid and they didn't even know what i was talking about. Then they asked a nurse who said it was depending on provider (Doctor). Then they charged me $120 for my deductible before I could see the that Doctor. And then Doctor told me they only prescribe to high-risk patients. Wasted an hour of my life while being sick, was charged $120 and received ZERO care. The Hispanic chick in the front make you not even want to get seen by a doctor. Her attitude nasty and I never been mmhm’d so much in my life as if asking questions were a problem
