I had a bout of gout and I called my Dr., who happened to have an opening at 3pm the same day. I waited for ONE HOUR and no one apologized for the delay. I left and went to FastMed, and within 15 minutes I was seen and taken care. Everyone was friendly and efficient . Thanks for being there when I needed it the most.
After reading these post I wonder if they went to The same place I did. The receptionist even joked with me about the places I should have signed. I walked in with the statement I FEEL LIKE CRAP. Sorta hard to diagnose that but the staff was right on. Thanks Fast Med for the outstanding service I received
My doctor couldn't see me and my daughter and I were sick. We had to wait z but but there were lots of sick people there. Once we got into the exam room wasn't too long and we were off to get our meds and back home to get better.
I was treated in a timely manner and the staff was very professional. My experience was a good one and I'd recommend them if you need immediate care.
