Came in for a simple health problem and was told there would be a 2 hour wait. Seen several ladies setting around playing on there phones collecting hours and not worried about the patients.

I would highly suggest you find a different urgent care to visit I went to this urgent Care to be told I have allergies$300 bill later with medical insurance in a 5-minute office visit I consider that absolutely ridiculous

Nope! go in for a 5 minute visit with the doc, get a prescription and sent on my way. go to my primary a couple of days later, get told not to take what was prescribed and now fastmed is trying to charge me $200 for a visit that was done in like 5 minutes with the doc. I spent more time waiting in the lobby and doc room with the nurse than I did with the doc. unacceptable, made a call to corporate and also mentioned about Karen alsaro being very disrespectful and even laughed while trying to explain myself, she hung up on... read more

They refuse to check out my nephew because of outstanding balance of $275 which is paid in full at the time of the visit. They said it’s the billing department problem... besides if it’s or not why your fuse to help a child just for that....this’s BS
Went in for a pre-employment drug screen. I made sure I was able to go before I went in. I had to hold it for Over An Hour, because they had a long wait AND began even taking people that arrived AFTER me and AFTER my information was entered and verified! Although the entire staff was very polite, the person that collected the sample did not seem 100% knowledgeable. This made me nervous about the process since I only get one chance. The doctor's and staff don't care about you at all they played games on their iPad for forty minutes while I waited in the exam room!
Ive been waiting over almost two hours with back pain and a head cold. I understand if someone came in with a more severe issue, but they have taken multiple people back that came in after me and i just don't understand. First come first serve, unless you have an appointment or have an issue that needs medical attention immediately. Otherwise why am I still sitting waiting. And if there is a staffing issue, tell people, tell them to go to another urgent care facility. Smh.
