Had the worst experience! I went to get tested for strep throat. I was swabbed for a rapid test, which turned out negative. I was then swabbed for a culture test and it was sent off on Monday and was told results should be back by Wednesday. Today is Friday and still no results on my chart and I have not received a call from the clinic like I was told I would. I will never go back there again. A complete waste of time and money! To the owner... If you are not going to provide service to Walk-ins, then you need to remove all the wrap that covers your entire windows that says WALK-INS. Waited at the front door since 7:30am, and all employees walked by us without a courtesy to say, do you have an appointment. Every last one of yall knew we were walkins, otherwise we wouldnt be in line at 7:30am if you didnt start taking appointments until 8:30am. How do you schedule an appointment online only to show up for your appointment and find the door locked and no other instructions or notifications on the business door? The phone number is beyond frustrating because it is impossible to get a person on the phone.
Lumberton Children’s Clinic couldn’t see my daughter because they were booked. Came here at 4:50pm and was told they couldn’t see my child although you don’t close until 8pm and there was only 2 other people in the lobby.
service at desk sucks 4/9/2022 you can barely hear her speak and made the issue worst than ever all for just a drug screen that only takes not even 5 mins was like an hour or more and still didn't get the drug screen.
They are no help.to people turning folks away from being tested for Covid 19.
Went in to get an ex ray on what I thought was a broken foot, and all PA would do was tell me I had varicose veins in my legs, went to Dr Thompson a day later and after ex rays told me my foot was broken
