customer service sucks, girl at the desk on 3/9/2021 needs to be taught customer service skills an learn to speak with people. She talks with them like they are stupid.

Very rude to walk ins. They can explain there rules without being so ugly to people that are sick!!!!!

I had an injury that required stitches. The sign on the door said walk-ins welcome...but when I approached the desk, I was told they were only doing appointments due to construction and the soonest time they had was in 4 hours. Unbelievably, they thought that would be okay and were ready to schedule me. I walked out and found another clinic instead. Incredibly frustrating, especially considering the signs on the door welcomed walk-in patients!

I have used Fast Med in the past with decent results. I took my son because he was running fever and had a terrible cough (he's asthmatic and we thought I might be pneumonia). 1st the receptionist had a terrible attitude and argued that my son had never been there before. he most certainly had, but I completed the process AGAIN. Then when they took his vitals they gave him children's Tylenol and ordered me take him to the ER even offered to send him by ambulance stating he was too sick for them to treat. Worst service ever, I did everything they asked and they would not treat me kept dropping my name lower on the list. POOR customer service this is twice I have had poor service from one of these clinics. I didn’t even need to see a doctor either time just having pre employment testing done. I am looking into an alternate choice for services. �Back again as my company uses this service. Did what they suggested and made an appt arrived 10 minutes prior to the 830 appt and it is now 850 and I haven’t even been checked in yet! ... read more

You care about the patients...........HA NOT!!! You care about the money. Cant be seen without a credit card...or 200 dollars haha what a rip off. Never will i ever consider going there again.

I am not someone that runs to the Dr. therefore if I go in for an appointment I am pretty sick. I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of your front desk person. She was in a sour mood. She went on to tell me how she has a 4 year accounting degree and can't find a job. She was extremely unpleasant. Using profanity on the phone to patients. She rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed every time someone went to the desk. The office manager appears to never be available. I have left several messages and no return calls. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. Not even a different wrong code, but THE EXACT SAME WRONG CODE. Also, no one ever, and I mean ever answers the phone at the corporate office. It prompts you to leave a message. Well y... read more
