I am from out of state and ended up with an infected cut on my toe. I went in without doing anything online. I saw Mandy at the reception desk who was very helpful and thorough as was Stephanie who gathered my medical history and took my vitals. Lastly I saw David P PA who was compassionate as well as professional. The overall process was well done. I would definitely recommend this facility.

FastMed Urgent Care in Candler is my go to place when I need medical attention. Recently, I had severe sinus congestion, a cough, and a nightly fever. I went online and filled out the information requesting an appointment the next morning. The online process was extremely easy and user friendly. I arrived early for my 8:30 appointment and the receptionist was very helpful. The check-in process required very little time due to the online registration. Totally impressed with our visit today....the online check in is so easy and we didn't have to wait which is great with an 18 month old who doesn't feel good.....everyone was so friendly and nice....the place was clean and that means alot to me....this group should be recognized for excellent customer service! I love the people at candlers FastMed Urgent Care!! Savannah at the front desk is wonderful and has a great attitude and personality !!
