Ridiculously rude staff. Canceled a pre-employment screen with no warning because I stepped outside for a moment. I even checked with the front desk person first. No word of caution that leaving for a moment would invalidate my test. 20 minutes after I return, they finally (rudely) tell me that my test which I’d waited all day for was now canceled and my employer notified, as if I’d committed some egregious sin, when all I did was stand on the sidewalk for some fresh air. Wasted day and incredibly frustrating experience. The... read more

I was having issues with my eyes, blurred vision, extreme redness, watery and crusty in the mornings, I paid $200 for them to give me an eye test, never even looked at my eyes and told me I had pink eye, prescribed me some eyedrops and that was the end of that. Terrible, terrible service especially for the amount I paid!

Three hour wait for a scheduled visit and have to come back Monday to complete things because of computer problems. Rudest receptionist I’ve ever seen. Outrageous wait times. Neither fast nor urgent.

I have never been treated so unprofessionally. The nurse obviously had a problem today and took it out on me. Very poor communication skills and even worse at nursing skills. Told her she was hurting me with the nasal swab. Says "that's ridiculous, medical professionals only help people" then just left. Well, I went home with a bloody nose due to her LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM. Four Stars for the receptionist. Zero for the nurse.

when you call when a business opens first thing in the morning and they say to come in. no appointment is necessary... you do what they say and there at the office within an hour... then told "I remember talking to you but now you need an appointment... please book it on our website" as I'm standing in front of the receptionist that talked to me earlier! I once again do what they say, book the appointment standing in the office on my phone....1:30..... I'm still in the office and it's 3:30pm to be tested....as they let walk... read more

went here with my eye that kept swelling. They barely looked at my eye. They said it was allergies. No doctors on site. Had to go somewhere else a week later. it was a clogged tear duct.

We took out 1.5 year old daughter in on Saturday, 3/30/19 for a cough. The doctor on duty recommended a breathing treatment (albuterol). At the conclusion of the treatment we asked about our daughter’s face being flushed. She recommended that we call the ambulance and rush her to the er. Then she said we should drive her but call an ambulance if she had trouble breathing. All while demanding we sign waivers. I understand the worry about allergic reaction, but she showed no other signs (difficulty breathing, body rash, etc). ... read more
