Worst service EVER! The front desk girl was completely disrespectful and all while on ”the phone with her dentist”. Ummmm I don't think so. It's called do your job. Zero respect for their customers!!!

Warning!!! Do NOT ever go to FastMed in Kernersville on Main St!!!! They are absolutely TERRIBLE and more than RUDE!!!!!!! My 19 year old daughter just had the worst experience with them and I will make sure everyone knows how they treat people!

This place is a joke! Waited 4 hours to be seen and the staff is rude. They couldn’t even call in my prescription correct. Please don’t waste you time!

RecommendedI’d like to praise Dr. Corey, Yolanda, and Ashley!! They were absolutely FABULOUS!! My husband was a big dummy, and needed some stitches. 🤦🏻♀️ Nonetheless, Ashley checked us in quickly and smoothly. Ms Yolanda and Dr. Corey were very professional, and TRULY CARED! They even cracked a few jokes to ease the tension! Love it!! ❤️❤️ I will absolutely recommend anyone to them!!

RecommendedEveryone is so nice at this Urgent Care! They all truly go above and beyond to care for all of us! I would like to note that the spaces are very clean and well kept. I highly recommend this Urgent Care. We often see Brock Phillips and find that he is incredibly patient and informative. We really like that we don't feel rushed in and out like many doctors' offices due to overbooking. The staff is very efficient and kind.

RecommendedJust want to personally thank FastMed in Kernersville, NC for their caring services provided to me. They were very prompt with getting me seen. They made sure i was comfortable when placed in the room. They gave me my results and explained everything thoroughly to ensure I knew what to do when i left to get over the flu. I recommend anyone to this location for any emergency medical need.
