RecommendedRecently I had a migraine headache, with it being flu season my Primary Care Provider was booked solid. I went to Fast Med here in Kernersville, NC, I had been to Fast Med previously for a problem and had excellent care. RecommendedWe were out of towners visiting family over the holidays. We were seen almost immediately. The front desk staff were extremely professional and friendly. The office was immaculate. The staff who cared for our small child were friendly and went above and beyond to provide exceptional, age appropriate, patient centered care. We even received a follow up email several week later to inquire about our child and our experience. Fast, professional, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Would absolutely return and refer others!
RecommendedVery quick and easy visit. PA Phillips was very thorough and took his time. I even had a follow up request a week after my visit and he personally called me back to discuss.
My daughter fell off her bike and injured her wrist. Brock at fastmed took excellent care of my daughter. Thank you for taking the time to listen to her and making sure she is well.

RecommendedI much prefer visiting FastMed, because it's less crowded and appears to be much cleaner than other urgent care clinics I've seen. The staff is very friendly, and I never feel rushed when I'm being triaged or examined. I have seen PA, Brock Phillips a few times at the Kernersville location, and I find him to be very thorough and knowledgeable. These dumbfucks submitted the wrong insurance code twice. I personally told them after it was denied, as well as the insurance company. They even told them why it was the wrong code. It was for a child 0-10 years old and my child is 11. Ok. They promise they are resubmitting it asap. Well they resubmit it 3 weeks later WITH THE SAME WRONG CODE. RecommendedI highly recommend FastMed in Kernersville. I saw Brock Phillips and he was great! He took his time and asked me a lot of questions to completely understand my ailment. He was very thorough and even called my primary doctor's office to collaborate on follow up tests. He also called me the following week to check up on how I was feeling! I told him I wish he was my primary caregiver! Two thumbs up, Brock!
RecommendedI saw Brock for an muscle injury to my calf. He took good care of me at the clinic, and he managed to get an appointment that same day to check for a blood clot, and the next morning to see a specialist. I could not have asked for better care for this injury.
